I am a Ventura County based bookkeeper and accounting professional with over seven years of hands-on experience supporting businesses across construction, manufacturing, and professional services. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University Channel Islands and have built my career working in both accounting departments and client-service environments where accuracy, organization, and collaboration matter.

Since 2018, I’ve worked as a bookkeeper and staff accountant handling full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, progress billing, and month-end close. My background includes managing contractor and vendor records, tracking contracts and insurance compliance, matching invoices to purchase orders, and maintaining clean, well-documented financial records.

I have extensive experience working with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), NetSuite, Sage MAS 500, and other accounting systems, and I’m especially comfortable stepping into existing workflows and improving organization and efficiency. I’m known for being detail-oriented, dependable, and easy to work with—someone clients and teams can trust to keep financial information accurate and up to date.

In addition to business bookkeeping, I support individuals and small business owners with receipt tracking, expense categorization, and custom spending reports. I’m particularly skilled at creating clear, customized reports that show where money is being spent, helping clients identify trends, control costs, and prepare organized documentation for their CPA or tax professional.

While I do not provide tax advice or CPA services, I frequently work alongside CPAs by delivering clean, CPA-ready records, including detailed vendor and contractor reports to support 1099 preparation and tax filings.
